At the end of a long, scenic track and away from the hustle and bustle of the island, you will find this delightful old finca. Recently renovated with the help of a renowned Ibizan eco-architect, the house is now an oasis of contemporary loveliness with a large green footprint - there are both solar and wind generators (with oil as a back up) keeping the house warm in winter and cool in the summer. The rain water is harvested for use in the house and garden.
The finca has retained its wonderful original features such as beams, limed walls and stone floors. but blended with an immaculate, rustic-modern design. The beautifully-crafted wooden doors evoke the simplicity of the 300 year old finca whilst the stone floors and whitewashed walls are typical of this youthful, fun island.
Outside, a huge midnight blue pool begs to be swum in day and night, with views down across the valley and hills, and the garden is certainly big enough to get lost in. Enjoy reading your book in the tipi or sitting in the shade of a lemon, orange, or almond tree; the latter with its gorgeous blossom. There is also a lavender path, a herb garden, pingpong table, slack line and a sunken trampoline for children.
