Details

The property enjoys the most incredible views by overlooking the sea and mountains, as a result of its stunning location, which is only a short 7 minute walk to the stone beach.

Inside

Alconasser House has a large kitchen with dining for 8 people and a large open living room. From being renovated in 2005, the house’s interior is modern but also features traditional decor, such as the large wooden beams that feature throughout the whole house.

Bedrooms

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a small bedroom with bunkbeds.

Outside

There are several terraces, including one in front of the house under a overgrown pergola overgrown. A patio area has large table and benches next to the outside kitchen (grill), perfect for outside dining on those warm summer evenings. Slightly removed from the house is a small rustic sitting area under a pergola. On the upper terrace is a swimming pool and a small kitchen, featuring a double sink and a fridge.

The property is located 10 minutes away from Deia and 10 minutes away from Soller,
a small nearby town.
The airport can be reached within 40 minutes drive from house.

Weekly service for swimming pool and weekly service for cleaning the house.
Every 2 weeks is a service dedicated to the gardens.
There are several very good restaurants in Deia/Cala Deia/Puerto Soller, as well as in “Fincas” located nearby the house.

Things to Do

Cala Deia  is great for swimming and the two restaurants serve excellent fish.
The small stone beach is a 7 minute walk where guests can swim.
Guests can rent a boat in Puerto Soller.
The location is also great for cycling or mountain hiking.
Lots of excellent restaurants, shops and galleries are located in Palma.
Spend a day in Es Trenc and its beautiful sandy beaches, which is a 90 minute drive.
