Inside

Downstairs the main entrance leads to the elevator and main kitchen. Steps lead to cavanna (old boathouse) a large room with a vaulted ceiling that can be used to together to feed up to 50 people, conferences, meetings, dance, music, film, etc. There is also the gym, heated pool / hot tub with access to a small garden. On the first floor, accessible by stairs or by the elevator, there is a second kitchen, dining room and two living rooms. Doors lead to a large terrace overlooking the canals of Venice. In the loft, reached by stairs or by the elevator, there is a third kitchen and living room.

Bedrooms

Two bedrooms each with en suite bathroom are on the first floor. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a view on the canals, a large bath and balcony overlooking the Palladian church, bedroom with turkish bath, two bedrooms each with en suite bathroom. In the loft is a room with sofa bed and bathroom.

Outside

Terrace overlooking the canals of Venice, heated swimming pool and hot tub with small garden. There is also a roof terrace where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Venice, dine or have a drink.
