Inside
The ground floor has a formal living room/reading room and a study/screening room. Downstairs there is a bar, a living room, a mini gymnasium and an Italian-style kitchen. For entertainment, a screening room, table tennis table and gymnasium are available. A 12 piece band, drumming circle or DJ can be provided upon request.
Bedrooms
The house has 7 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms face the ocean, each with small sitting areas on the verandah. 2 loft-style bedrooms face the mountains with their own living area equipped with a daybed.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Each bathroom is unique, one has its own jacuzzi, another has a steam room and 2 have double grotto-style showers. Towels and linen will be provided.
Outside
The land surrounding the house is similar to a beautiful mini wildlife reserve, lawns lead down to the forest and beach. There is a lake at the beach for small children who would prefer to swim without waves. There are numerous outdoor dining areas and beds, a trampoline, a pool table, an outdoor porcelain bath, a full-sized BBQ and fireplace.

Coffs Harbor Airport is 25 minutes away and has availability for Jets. 50 minute flight to Coffs Harbor from Sydney Airport, 60 minute flight from Brisbane International Airport.
