Main House: Large salon including a library, a dining room separated by the patio, kitchen & laundry.
Bedrooms
Main House: Upstairs is a master suite including a large bedroom with air conditioning a T.V small salon, dressing room and bathroom and opening on to a private terrace with view on the sea. On the same level there are two double bedrooms with a bathroom, and terrace.
In the pavilion in the garden:
2 Double Bedrooms with Bathroom
2 Single Bedrooms, each with their own bathroom (the ‘Rose Room’ is perfect for a baby , the bed is protected and suitable up to 4 years old. )
Outside
There is a beautiful outdoor area with a dining table which comfortably seats 8 people. And a stunning swimming pool measuring 16X6 meters.

It takes about 10 minutes to go to the city centre, 20 minutes to the Beaches and 5 minutes to get to the Golf and Riding Club.

Azzedine and his wife live on the property – He manages the House and she cooks for guests and takes care of the rooms and laundry.
– If necessary they have a cousin who can be additional help. These people have been trusted members of staff to the family for fifteen years.
There is no alarm system so children must be watched.
