From the private access road the property appears modest and unassuming – it is only after entering the front door that the villa immediately impresses, revealing its magnificent spacious light filled interiors and gives the first indication of the many welcoming surprises that are to follow.
Inside
The main living accommodation is split on two levels and it is the upper level to which you enter. The upper floor consists of the master bedroom, three double bedrooms, bathroom and garage. A magnificent stainless steel and Plexiglas central staircase set as the focal point. The point of the central atrium serves to connect floor levels and which can be lit up at night to give an additional wow factor. The main sitting room and central areas have fully opening sliding doors which allow a seamless transition between indoors and access to the outside sun terraces. There is a large open plan sitting room with 65” Plasma TV with Sky satellite system and Bose surround sound system, dining area adjacent to a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and a further bedroom. Leading down a spiral staircase to the lower level from the rear of the kitchen is a private entertainment area, comprising of a bar area, DJ booth with equipment, table seating, cinema and chill-out seating, separate fully equipped gymnasium, boxing room and WC.

The terraces surround the infinity swimming pool and separate Jacuzzi, all the time enjoying the privileged location and super cool views beyond.
