Inside

The open plan living area is flooded with natural light, and the modern, minimalistic decor, combined with some original features makes it sophisticated and elegant. Huge white corner sofas just beg to be lounged on – with satellite tv and high speed wifi you have the outside world at your fingertips. A Bose sound system and iPod socks can provide the soundtrack to your holiday. An open fireplace creates an inviting ambience for evening gatherings. Spectacular views complete the picture. Modern spiral staircases lead to the upstairs areas.

The kitchen is seamlessly incorporated into the living space – giving a feeling of inclusion and a perfect space to keep the entire group together as you cook, relax and catch up on your day. All the modern appliances you would expect from a luxury villa are provided for you, and the gleaming kitchen is simply state of the art. An integrated breakfast bar with wooden stools is the ideal morning coffee spot.

Bedrooms

On the ground floor is the master bedroom with matrimonial bed, plasma TV, Sky satellite and bathroom en suite, separate toilet. The garden bedrooms include 2 double bedrooms with king size bed, plasma TV, Sky satellite and shower room en suite. Both have direct access to the garden. There is one guest suite with kingsize bed, plasma TV with Sky satellite and complete shower room en suite and has direct access to the garden and is opposite to the pool area.

All the bedrooms have a perfect blend of traditional features and modern technology, with striking wooden beams perfectly complementing the whitewashed décor and stylish furnishings. Luxurious and welcoming, the rooms are all tastefully and elegantly decorated to a very high standard.

Outside

The beautiful Mediterranean style lawned gardens are resplendent with olive and palm trees, vineyard, vast grassy terraces and the wonderful aroma of wild herbs fills the air. The garden areas are all perfectly maintained. A luxurious infinity swimming pool measuring 18 x 5m offers uninterrupted views across the surrounding countryside. A well equipped outdoor summer kitchen, with bar and chill out area is the perfect spot to host an intimate soiree. The magnificent terrace offers incredible panoramic views. An exterior dining area and chill out with huge, inviting daybeds is the ideal place to soak up some healing Ibiza sun. The secluded location makes it one our most private villas.
