The Estate has 150m of beach front. It is incredibly fortunate that there are no buildings on the neighboring properties to the North and to the South, so in fact there are 15 acres and 400m beachfront with only the 3 houses, Casa Santa Teresa, Casa Florblanca and Casa Dewa, enabling complete privacy for the guests.

Inside

Breathtaking exteriors coupled with sublime interiors. This is truly a sight to behold. The property boasts large open-plan seating area.

Bedrooms

6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. All beds have high quality pillows and mattresses, sheets are Egyptian Cotton of a high thread count.

Outside

With plenty of terraces and decking, guests can constantly look out to the ocean. There is outdoor dining available and also outdoor showers. The property enjoys sun loungers surrounding the pool, perfect for the Costa Rican heat.

Staff & Dining

There are several excellent restaurants within short walking distance and a chef can easily be arranged for part or all of your stay. Breakfast is served every day.

If you would like a chef for lunch and/or meals prepared daily, we can offer several options from our resident cook to gourmet chefs of the highest caliber. We also offer butler services, if this is required.

3 full-time maids who will make your beds, change linen and towels, wash clothes and turn down your beds at night lighting candles and decorating the room with flowers.
There are caretakers and helpers living on the land who sweep the path to the beach and around the pool every day and make sure you have fresh coconut water and mangoes when in season. They also look after the horses, saddling them should you wish to ride.
There is a concierge service and an administrator who can come daily, checking to make sure all runs smoothly. There is a security guard on the property also.

Things to Do

The property is in the northern most exclusive part of Santa Teresa beach where the surf is fantastic. Join the surfers or just sit on the beach and watch them perform.

There are quad tours, canopy and zip line tours, waterfall walks and butterfly farms. The house staff look after the horses, saddling them should you wish to ride.
Lots of different fishing spots, either you can go straight out on to the beach, alternatively there are river mouths where people seem to catch fish, you can go lobster fishing or rent a boat from the local fishermen.

We can arrange yoga instruction in our beach Rancho as well as massage and various beauty treatments.

The best restaurant in Santa Teresa, Tres, is a short walk away. The new, magnificent Spa at Florblanca is also a short walk away, and serves delicious food for lunch and supper.

You can swim straight in front of the villa, pure white sand and no rocks. Alternatively, you can take a short walk to the right and bathe in wonderful rock pools, young children especially love this as they can explore shells and small fish.

The property is in a very convenient location, there is a supermarket a short walk down the road, for your groceries and snacks. Alternatively, we offer the service of shopping for you.
It is a 10 minutes walk to the centre of town, Santa Teresa, where guests can find football matches to restaurants and is a very family friendly town. On Saturdays, there is an Organic Market in Playa Carmen where organic produce is brought in from farms nearby and other parts of Costa Rica.
