The aim here is to create a wonderful place, full of elegance and comforts whilst, at the same time, retain the natural wilderness of Costa Rica.
Inside
Casa Java exudes a cozy, relaxed environment; at the same time it has a slick and modern look and retains all the wonderful 400 year-old original features of ancient hardwood, beautiful painted wooden balconies and stunning carvings on the door and window frames. Featuring seamless outdoor and indoor living areas with 2 fourposter beds in the sitting room by the pool.
Bedrooms
3 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms; bedroom 1 enjoys 2 queen size beds, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds while bedroom 3 features 1 kingsize bed.
Outside
There is a large swimming pool and outdoor showers surrounded by exotic plants and lush jungle. There are beach loungers, and several hammocks for relaxing. Also, outdoor dining areas and charcoal BBQ.

Air
Tambor Airstrip is 40 minutes by car/taxi from the house. San Jose is 25min by plane or 3 hours by car including a beautiful ferry-ride where you see all the islands and hills of Tambor. We recommend chartering your own plane and you land on Tambor Airstrip in comfort, at your own leisure and with no delays.

If you need a chef or meals prepared daily this can be arranged upon request. Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast is served every day (it is made and then left in the kitchen for you to have at your own leisure).
Casa Florblanca comes with 2 maids who make your beds, change linen and towels, wash clothes and turn down your beds at night, lighting candles and decorating the room with flowers.
There are caretakers and helpers living on the land who sweep the path to the beach and around the pool every day and make sure you have fresh coconut water and mangoes when in season.
They also look after the horses, saddling them should you wish to ride on the beach at sunset, an unforgettable experience.
There is a Concierge Service and an Administrator who can come daily, checking to make sure all runs smoothly.
There is a security guard on the property also.
