Description

This beautiful property is comprised of five bungalows, a living area, fully appointed kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining and relaxing areas. The architect has combined the classic architecture of white washed walls with strong primary colours (typical in the area) with wooden structures to create the open, beach, tree house feel of the property.

The two bungalows with king sized beds have a beautiful view of the sea, and the other 3 bungalows have single beds with a garden view. All rooms are fully air- conditioned.

The pool is heated, and there is a separate lounge area in the middle.

The house is located on a wild, private beach, with a beach waiter who can lay out towels, make beach beds, serve food and drinks, and attend to your every need.

Location

Located in the condominium of Itapororoca, it is 20 minutes by car from the Square and only a few steps from the beach, surrounded by nature, and allowing for maximum privacy.

Transfers included between the airport and the house. If flying private, there is a private airport at Terravista.

Casa Santa Rita is a 10 minute drive to the nearest local beach clubs and restaurants. Here you can also go surfing and horse riding.

Araial d’Ajuda is a small town 20km from Trancoso with a buzzing nightlife.
