Details
The villa was designed by the famous architect Rolf Blakstadt and comfortably sleeps 12 adults. The villa is ideal both for family vacations and adult-only getaways. There is plenty to explore both inside the property and within its copious grounds, and a myriad of leisure and sporting activities on offer in the countryside nearby.
Inside
The property consists of two adjacent ibithenco style houses. The larger of the two houses was designed by the famous architect Rolf Blakstad and features polished limestone floors, ornamental fountains and large rooms and balconies with stunning views. The spacious living room, with its centrepiece fireplace, opens onto a beautiful Moroccan garden on one side and onto the sea-facing terrace on the other.
Bedrooms
Main house:
One Master suite: balcony with sea views, king size double ned and ensuite bathroom.
Two more rooms: one is a twin and the other with a king sized bed. Both share one bathroom. Both rooms have a terrace and sea views.
Casita:
Three rooms: One double bed with a view of the courtyard and ensuite bathroom. One king sized bed with sea views and a third room with twin beds. The King sized and Twin beds share a bathroom.
Outside
- Casa Vista has direct access to the Mediterranean sea, a large and inviting infinity swimming pool, several courtyard gardens and is set within its privately-owned 30 acres of fragrant pine forest. Walk past mature olive and palm trees and, if in season, pick heavenly fruits from the pomegranate, fig and plum trees. The flower beds are full of roses and lavender bordering gardens of fresh grass.
- There is a play area tucked away for the children with a slide and swings, but often children just want to explore the multitude of outdoor spaces hiding away and just waiting to be discovered.
