Casita Macondo is a charming ‘small house’ set in the same luxurious gardens as the Batik Beach Villas and of the same stylish design. It can be rented alone or alongside Casa Macondo, one of the larger villas. The Casita can accommodate a couple, a family with 1 child or three adults.

Set in the same luxurious gardens as the Batik Beach Villas, Casita Macondo is of the same stylish design. It can be rented alone or alongside Casa Macondo, one of the larger villas.

Inside/Bedroom

This little villa offers a large open floor plan with a king size bed, high quality linens and a mix of antique and eclectic furniture and a kitchen / living room area with a corner sofa or a full size day bed.

Outside

The Casita opens completely to a private outdoor deck where there is a dining area and a comfortable and cozy lounging area with the ubiquitous hammock and loungers in the stunning and tropical casita garden.

If you are renting the Casita alongside Casa Macondo, you will also have access to the beautiful private pool.

Stunning Playa Hermosa on the north end of Santa Teresa is a two minute walk away through a natural jungle path where monkeys can often be seen.

The fastest route to Batik is by a small plane from San Jose’ international airport to Tambor airport. The plane ride is about 25 minutes.
You can fly commercial airlines or your concierge can use excellent charters that will pick up any guests at the international airport and get you immediately to the private plane and fly you to Tambor.
Taxi ride from/to Tambor is $60 (50 min drive and not included in a charter quote), this can be organised by the concierge if needed.

Daily maid service, groundkeeper, concierge are included in the villas rates.

Batik’s concierge can provide groceries delivered to the villa, but if guests would rather shop themselves, there is  a small supermarket walking distance, or the larger ones are 5 minutes drive away.
Batik have different chefs and cooks available, prices depends on their budget and level of service desired.

The Batik concierge will help to make your holiday as exciting as possible. They can organise local tours, arrange for one of the top local chefs to come and cook you a BBQ under the stars on Hermosa beach or bring you quality yoga instructors to give you private lessons in the Batik yoga shall.
