Cocceto is a grand country residence that was bought in 1981 and is today surrounded by vineyards of the Trinoro estate. Located in the heart of Val dOrcia where the architecture is more essential and humble than in the rest of Tuscany, the property is decorated with a rustic yet aristocratic style and is provided with every comfort.

500 acres of beautiful countryside, Outdoors sheltered dining area seating up to 14, 6000 square meters garden. A vegetable garden supplies the house with fresh produce. Also features heated 7×17 meters swimming pool overlooking the lush green countryside with sheltered dining area, kitchen and BBQ. There is also a Lawn for bowling (bocce).

Located 300 meters above the valley floor in the southern end of the Val d’Orcia, 30 to 45 minutes to the key towns of Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino and to Brunello vineyards; 30 minutes to the thermal spas in Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo and San Casciano dei Bagni.

35 minutes from the train station of Chiusi and the A1 highway entrance.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, ample cutlery, pots and pans. Daily breakfast is included.
Guest have access to a gourmet English speaking chef for all meals. Ingredients are primarily organic and mostly farmed in Tenuta di Trinoro. Cooking classes and farm visits can be arranged. Liquors and wine not included. Access to a small well-priced wine list hand picked by Andrea Franchetti.
