Inside

Set over 3 floors, the interiors are truly scrumptious! Built on an eclectic fusion that marries the classical and traditional with the contemporary.

The ground floor is home to a welcoming entrance living room, a formal dining room with fire place. A further 2 living rooms, one with a half grand piano while the other features roll up and down TV screen and a fire place.

Bedrooms

5 luxurious Bedrooms. Each unique in style, all appointed to a high standard. Bedrooms are located on the first floor with the Master situated on the 3rd floor. The first floor is home to the suite, home to a Double Bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe. A further Double Bedroom, 2 singles and 2 bathrooms with bath and shower can also be found on this floor. The Master Double Bedroom and Bathroom with jacuzzi tab and large separate shower is situated on the 3rd floor .

Entertainment

There is a screening room on the ground floor with Sky TV. The suite enjoys a TV and gym room, while the master  bedroom enjoys a TV and stereo.

Outside

The gardens are home to a beautiful organic rose garden and organic fruit trees. Also features a impressive swimming pool with changing room and bathroom.  The Park is home to a modern art collection. 2 outside areas equipped with tables and chairs for relaxing and dining outdoors, one the North side of the Villa the other one on the South side.  A shaded area with refrigerator, tables and chairs for alfresco dining and sun beds.

Villa La Quadrata is set within 4 hectares private park located on the northern streams of the Parco Regionale dei Colli Euganei. It lies between the cities of Padua and Vicenza, 20 km away from each and 50 km West of Venice.

Dining & Staff

The Kitchen on the ground floor features a fire place and small TV. Totally inviting it is appointed with Toaster, American coffee machine, Espresso machine, Italian coffee machine, Food processor, Ice machine, Oven, Gas stoves, 2 fridges, Freezer.

Daily cleaning, 2 changes a week of bed, bath and swimming pool linen. A gardener and guardian lives in the property. Swimming pool keeper.
