Elegant furnishings, ensuring comfort and style in every room. Wallpaper by Eley Kishimoto, a Tisettanta kitchen, Robert Welch glass and kitchenware and signature pieces by Arne Jacobsen and De Sede. The 1600 square foot loft living space with satellite TV and loosely designated living areas including a bespoke cosy corner elegantly lined with old penguin paperbacks and vintage board games.
Bedrooms
5 bedrooms. 4 of which are located on the ground floor and 2 have en suite showers. There is also a separate wet room and an additional toilet on this floor. The basement bedroom has doors opening to the garden and a standalone bath as well as an en suite shower.
Outside
Set atop a hill on five acres of landscaped gardens. Outdoors, the aroma of lavender and rosemary delicately scents the terraced area, with gas BBQ and seating for al fresco dining. Adjacent to the terrace is the pool area, enclosed by a gate and beautiful stone wall surround. The sizeable swimming pool offers complete privacy, and as the sun descends behind the cherry and plum orchard, the depths of the pool glow with a soft and serene back light with a breath-taking view of the sunflower fields in bloom.

Bergerac airport is approx. 45 min drive and both Bordeaux and Toulouse international airports are within an hour by car.

The well equipped kitchen and dining areas, also located on the ground floor offer bright and spacious places to prepare and enjoy the bounty of France’s celebrated gastronomic hub. Chefs from a local restaurant can also be booked to come to the house e.g. BBQ or specified menu.
The pool is cleaned a couple of times per week when guests are staying and the garden is also maintained once a week. Additional cleaning is a available at an extra charge during the week.
The house is a memorable retreat for the discerning traveller and is also available for photo and film location shoots but not weddings.
