This gated compound features a bluff house, pool house, and beach house. The bluff house is concealed amidst trees and surrounded by sundecks. It contains a chefs’ kitchen, a salon, indoor/outdoor master bedroom suite with an attached sundeck, sauna, laundry room, fireplace, guest bathroom and office.
The pool house opens on all sides and is set in a tropical garden. It contains two bedrooms, fireplace, and kitchenette. The observation deck has a pizza oven for al fresco dining.
The beach house is right on the beach, and is the closest house to the beach in all of Malibu. There are three buildings attached by covered walkways. The great room has a large beachside wrap-around deck, master bedroom suite, and guest room with a private bath. There is also a hidden pool with a meditation temple.
