Living, dining and entertainment areas are open and inviting, a perfect reflection of island lifestyle.

Inside

The decor is elegant yet homely. The Dining Room is perfectly sized for small gatherings, the dining table looks to tropical scenery. The Living Room is furnished with warm woods, both rooms lie to the East of the property. A Fitness Room is situated below the South facing veranda.

Bedrooms

5 spacious Double Bedrooms are perfectly placed to offer each guest a sense of privacy, all have ensuites and their own veranda. Bedroom 1 enjoys South facing views of the sea while Bedrooms 4 and 5 lie to the east of the property, sharing 2 verandas overlooking both sea and garden views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located to the west of the property.

Entertainment

A South facing Gym offers plenty of light and inspiring views. The property also houses a Media/ Entertainment Room and Home Cinema.

Outside

Expansive grounds are home to lush tropical greenery, an ornamental pond, Gazebo, 75ft hillside Infinity Pool and Pool Bar.

Staff & Dining

Many provisions are ordered on the mainland of Saint Vincent, although there is a grocery store and fish market on the island. Food and beverages can be pre-ordered prior to your arrival. All menus, dietary requirements and requests can be discussed, prior to or on arrival. All shopping, food and beverage orders will be collected by villa staff on your behalf. Every effort is made to meet all requests. Fully-equipped kitchen ensure ultimate comfort for guests. There are 6 members of staff including a housekeeper, butler, creative chef and gardeners.

Things to Do

The Islands cocktail party is on Tuesday night, held in the Great Room in Cotton House.

Tennis is a favourite on the Island, the main social pull. Round robin tournaments often take place.
