The house was built in the 1920’s by the owners Grandparents, but has recently been completely remodernised. It has approximately 15 acres but is set within the 300 acre family estate of Novington. It is surrounded by farmland and has breathtaking views of the South Downs.

There is a formal drawing room with a smaller sitting room. A spacious kitchen that seats up to 18 people. A children’s playroom/games room. All rooms decorated to a high standard and the house is home to a striking collection of modern art. Also features a kitchen, drawing room and sitting room all with open fires.
