Details

The idea was conceived by the owner as a result of working with musicians all over the world and has grown organically over the last couple of years, drawing many creative types to work on books and albums.

Inside

Rancho V has a main house, casita, hangar and an airstream. The facilities of the property allows guests to have a true artistic experience, by writing and recording in the studio, become inspired by the surroundings, or just watch a film on the projector.

Outside

The ranch is set on 40 acres (soon to be 150 acres). There are 40 mile views off the front of the house and one rarely seen neighbour. There are 5 other houses on the road, all set on their own 40 acre lots and there are no outdoor lights as a rule after sundown, which allows you to see the sky.

Location

Pioneertown was built in the 50s and was the original movie set from Bonanza. There is a western village where you can pick up your mail, from the most photographed post office in America.

Joshua tree is 15 minutes away, Palm Springs 40 minutes and the bright lights of LA 2.5 hours.

The lifestyle is truly incredible. Not only do guests have some of California’s great creative within a 10 mile span, you have great air and a creative vibe that will get even the most distracted person to stop and listen to their true thoughts for the first time.

The local bar, Pappy and Harriets, is a saloon with a twist. Run by long time partners Robyn and Linda, the biggest bands on the touring circuit stop by and play. The world renowned restaurant Pappy & Harriet’s Pinoneertown Palace is local to the ranch.
