The villa is located in Tuscany in the unspoiled Pinewood of Roccamare, within a gated community close to Castiglione della Pescaia (Grosseto) only a short walk from a secluded private beach.

Inside

The villa enjoys a colourful and sophisticated living area. The white washed walls combine perfectly with the small pops of colour in the furnishings and the artwork. The kitchen is modern with sleek appliances and surfaces, and is fully equipped. The dining room has wonderful views of the lush green surroundings, and seating for 6.

Bedrooms

Five full size bedrooms and six bathrooms. A maids bedroom is also available with a bathroom.

Outside

The luxurious swimming pool also comes equipped with a jacuzzi, enabling complete relaxation. There is a large outside space comprising of a patio and a peaceful garden. The villa has its own private canopy on the beach and a small hut.
