The villa was designed and built fifteen years ago by well-known architect Ann Cummings in the style of a traditional stone Turkish villa. It is comprised of the main house and several small cottages set in grounds of 1.5 acres.

Inside

The main villa is on two levels with adjoining drawing room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. The upper level consists of a master suite. Two further guest rooms and a laundry room are on the ground floor. A further guest cottage is situated next to the villa with an en suite double bedroom.  The villa is fully air-conditioned.

A small cottage incorporating a sauna, shower and an additional single bedroom with its own private terrace is situated at the end of the garden.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom suite with dressing room, bathroom and private terrace is situated on the upper level with a stunning sea view. There are 2 further double guest bedrooms on the ground level with bathroom. The separate guest cottage consists of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and seating area with widescreen television.

Outside

The Villa and cottages sit within 1.5 acres of fully gated tropical gardens featuring olive, orange and fig trees as well as many flowers. There is a large dining area which can accommodate up to 20 people beside the swimming pool as well as a spacious terrace for sun bathing and relaxation with abundant outdoor furniture. There is a fully-equipped pool bar with gas grill, cooker and fridge.

Location

The property is situated 50 minutes from Bodrum airport. Transfers can be arranged on request.
