Upton Grey is surrounded by beautiful mature formal gardens and grounds. The interiors are decorated in a elegant and inviting style, making it the ideal country retreat for beautiful get-togethers.
Inside
Spread over 3 floors, all rooms feature working open fires. The ground floor level features a study room with paneled walls, formal dining room with seating for 12, and a formal sitting room with bay window. There is also a large hall with table and seating, breakfast room with seating for 8-10, arm chairs and table, marble table, butchers block and bar area. The West Wing/ Staff Accommodation affords its own separate entrance and is totally self contained.
Bedrooms
9 bedrooms all tastefully decorated. The Attic features a twin bedroom & sitting room with 2 armchairs and table and full bathroom.
The 2nd floor of the Main House is home to a master bedroom, dressing room, double sink, bath and large walk in shower. There are a further 3 large bedrooms with double beds and 1 large child’s bedroom with single bed with pull down bed, 1 further child’s bedroom with single bed. All enjoy an en suite bathroom.
On the 2nd floor of the West Wing/ Staff Accommodation, a single bedroom, twin bedroom and a double bedroom & bathroom with separate bath and shower can be found.
Outside
The exterior features formal gardens and grounds featuring indoor heated swimming pool (heated all year) with sauna. There are cricket nets, a large entertaining area with built in gas BBQ, table, chairs, sun loungers and side tables. A Pavilion seating area with open log fire with 4 wicker arm chairs & table can also be found as well as a Children’s area featuring a climbing frame, sand pit, trampoline and tree house.

The property is located 15 minutes from the M3 and the nearest train station is Basingstoke just ten minutes from the house. Gatwick is approximately a 1 hour drive Heathrow is approximately 40 minutes away.

Ground floor has a spacious kitchen fully fitted with two ovens and 6 hob burners, American style fridge, ample saucepans and general facilities) and a bar. West Wing/ Staff Accommodation has a kitchen/utility room with American style fridge, cloak room and WC.
