The house is part of a private estate, which is surrounded by orange, almond and olive groves.

Inside

There is a spacious kitchen, which is connected to an amazing, loft-like sitting room with a fireplace and Turkish style cushioned seating area.

Bedrooms

The house has four bedrooms (three with queen sized beds and one with a double) four bathrooms (two with a bath two with a shower).

Outside

The house has a beautiful garden, which has two pergolas under which one can dine and a long swimming pool, recreated from an old vasca. At the top of the house is a terrace from which one can see spectacular views of the Sicilian countryside, sandy beaches and the cerulean sea.

Things to Do

During your stay in Sicily one can visit Noto, which is renowned as being one of the most beautifully built towns in Europe. Noto, only 8 km from the beach house, is famous for its Baroque Architecture and it has also been listed as one the UNESCO world heritage sites. Another neighbouring town is Marzamemi, an ancient fishermans’ village with an old tonnara.

One can also visit the other Baroque cities including Modica Ragusa, Sciclu and of course Siracusa, an ancient town established by Greek colonists.
