The ground floor is occupied by a spacious open plan lounge, with large windows, overlooking the beautiful swimming pool. There is also a dining room with a large dining table and fully equipped kitchen where there is another round marble table. On the ground floor there are also 3 bedrooms, including two double/twin and one single and 2 bathrooms. Outside, there is a porch with a table and relaxation area, allowing the guests of the villa to relax in the shade.
Upstairs there is a sleeping area with 3 double/twin bedrooms, one of which has a private ensuite bathroom and a terrace and the other two with a shared bathroom, and finally a spare room that can be used if there are 2 more guests (maximum of 13 altogether).
The “L” salty water pool completes the picture of this spectacular villa: about 15 meters long, it is the ideal swimming pool for those who love to swim long whilst admiring the beautiful view and the sea view.
