An ancient ‘finca’ in typical style of the Balearic Islands. A charming dwelling where you can spend in a your holiday in a refined and relaxing atmosphere.
Inside
The property consists of a large kitchen all with fine furnishings and simple Provençal and Argentine styles united with refined elegance. The property features accessories of country tradition and beautiful pieces of design. A large dining table is located under a romantic grape vine on the patio next to the salon and the area is completed by rustic barbecue and a large square table, where you can host up to 16 people seated.
Bedrooms
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main central body of the property. At the back of the main structure you will find the Stables, which have been converted to 4 luxury suites.
Outside
The stables are gathered around a beautiful central courtyard dominated by a secular ficus and a beautiful bougainvillea. The ideal place to spend relaxing moments immersed in a good book.
At the other end of the property you will find a spectacular Olympic-size swimming pool for the undisputed star. With a depth of up to 3 metres, great for a lie down in the water or a good swim to cool off on the sunny Formentera days. A great alternative to the Mediterranean sea at only 10 minutes away.
