The villa is built in the style of a classic holiday mansion. Painted in a hacienda-like pale yellow, the residence comprises of the main house and two independent guest houses. One of which features a charming attic that can be used either as a lounge area or to sleep children.
Inside
The decoration of the villa is classic with rustic touches that grant the living areas with an air of luxury yet also the relaxing feel of a loving home. Great attention has also been given to the quality of materials. From the stone-paved terraces of the exterior to the wooden ceilings and floorings, the marbles of the country-style bathrooms and the rich upholstery of the interior.
The main entrance opens to a comfortable living room with high wooden ceilings and stone floorings, carefully ornamented with hand-picked art pieces and memorabilia. Comfortable sofas revolve around an island-style coffee table that faces the fireplace. French windows let the sunlight in and offer soothing views to the pool area and the seascape. The indoor dining area is served by a fully equipped English-country style kitchen that opens to the terrace and the outdoor dining area. On the ground floor, living room with adjacent dining area, fully equipped kitchen, queen bedroom, bathroom.
