This is a stunning, historic property. The rooms are all enormous, with soaring ceilings and rich frescoes. Throughout the villa are marble inlay floors, silk draperies, and antiques. Furnishings and dcor are tasteful and elegant. Grand staircases, exquisite frescoes, fanciful paintings and sumptuous surroundings make this a truly luxurious villa.
On the first floor there is a large living room with a fireplace. Next to it is a formal dining room painted with frescoes with seating for twelve. The kitchen is down a level. It is large and fully equipped with professional-grade cookware and quality serving pieces. Downstairs there is also a laundry room and a powder room.
From the entry hall two grand marble staircases lead to the upper floor. On the second floor there is a pretty pastel sitting room with satellite TV; it opens onto a furnished loggia with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and vineyards. A study contains a desk where high speed Internet is available. A staircase leads to an upper mezzanine level where there is a small kitchen with a sink and two-burner cook top tucked in on this level.
4 Double bedrooms, 1 Twin bedroom, 2 Single bedrooms and 6 Bathrooms. The first floor is home to 2 bedrooms both with private baths. Both are grand and frescoed and have king size beds. Bathrooms are ensuite, connected to the bedrooms by marble stairs. One of the bedrooms has an adjoining dressing room. Downstairs, a bathroom with a shower that could be used as a bathhouse for the pool.
There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. One is a small but charming single room. 2 large double bedrooms match those downstairs with opulent decor and lavish frescoes. Both have attached dressing rooms. 2 bathrooms serve this floor, one with tub and shower, and one with shower. On the mezzanine level is a further 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One is a twin bedroom with an attached dressing room, the other is a single bedroom.
TV and Satellite TV
The villa is encircled by formal gardens planted with roses and hedges, with woods, fields and rolling vineyards beyond. A path leads to a small swimming pool (8×18 feet) with hydro massage, secreted into a cove of shady trees. The pool is open from June to mid-September, depending upon the weather.

Breakfast is served daily on marble-topped tables in a separate, sunny room next to the dining room. Breakfast is served each morning, and full-time staff is on hand to clean daily. The staff can cook additional meals, and a professional chef can also come to the villa. The services of a butler, concierge and chauffeur are also available for an extra charge.
