Occupying one of the most privileged plots of land in the Peloponnesian peninsula, the villa is built amphitheatrically to take full advantage of the sea-view, so that most living areas lead to different parts of the garden.
Inside
The villa aims to induce the welcoming feeling of a loving home while offering all the luxuries of a five-star hotel. All living areas are spacious and airy, with carefully selected furnishings and rich upholstery. The mansion is built in five levels, four of which open onto terraces and gardens. The lower level and the basement are designed as entertainment areas. The lower level features a play-room with a ping-pong table and a spacious lounge area, while the basement has satellite TV etc. The pool level is occupied by a spacious living room, a large fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful dining area that can sit up to eight guests. Lower level 1 is home to a playroom with sitting area.
Bedrooms
6 main bedrooms with en suite shower bathrooms. The lower level is a comfortable independent guest room with a double bed and en-suite shower bathroom. The upper levels are occupied by the five bedrooms, all of which offer exquisite views of the landscape. Located on the first upper level, the master bedroom is spacious and inviting, with exceptionally large floor-length windows that offer sea-views and a private balcony. The same first upper level also features a double bedroom that shares the same view with the master bedroom, as well as a twin and a single bedroom, both leading to different parts of the gardens and offering soothing views of the forest. The top level is solely occupied by a studio with a double bed, a sitting area and a large, pergola-shaded terrace with superb views of the seascape.
Outside
Naturally protected from the lush forest that surrounds it, the main terrace features an inviting infinity swimming pool and pergola-shaded lounge and dining areas, all with soothing views to the seascape. Golf carts are available for the guests to drive down the stone paved path that leads to a beautiful shaded lounge area and a charming cove, otherwise accessible only by sea.
